“Content”: Any data and information available through Procurement On Autopilot Services or contained within the structure of the System.
“Opportunity”: A Client’s ongoing, lost, or won sales to a Company or Contact.
“Fee”: Regular payment for using the activated Account.
“Files”: Documents of any kind that are inserted into the System by the Client.
“Free Trial”: Temporary access for the purposes of trying out the website and Procurement On Autopilot Services without paying a Fee.
“Free Plan”: Access for the purposes of using the website and Procurement On Autopilot Services without paying a Fee.
“Guidelines”: Additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features, applications, products, or services.
“Company”: Legal persons and other entities with which the Client is doing business or making Deals.

“Pipeline”: The process of making a Deal, consisting of several Stages.

“Products”: The products or services that a Client offers to persons and Organizations.

Availability: Procurement On Autopilot strives to ensure maximum availability of its services but acknowledges there may be interruptions and downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Planned Downtime: Procurement On Autopilot will endeavor to communicate in advance about any planned downtime for maintenance or updates.
Limitation of Liability:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
